Intro to Fitness Floor

Having a membership to the gym is great, but if you don’t know how to use the machines properly you’re missing out! On the second Wednesday of each month we hold a class FREE for any member called “Intro to the Fitness floor” Sign up & reserve a spot to learn all about how to setup the machines and properly use them. All participants will be given a workout template to follow on their own after the class is over.
