This Beginner Yoga class is for the true beginner or for someone looking to deepen their understanding of Yoga past the poses. You will explore the fundamentals of Classical Yoga by learning; Yoga asanas (poses), breath awareness, meditation techniques, and yogic philosophy.

This four session series introduces Classical Yoga in a safe, welcoming and judgement free environment! By the end of this Beginner Yoga Series you will feel right at home on your yoga mat.
